Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to achieve client objectives and drive ROI.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies in line with client objectives and budget constraints.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, account management, and data intelligence to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics; analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and advertising.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable rates and placements.
  • Create and present reports, presentations, and campaign summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and next steps.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role in a direct marketing agency or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with digital media buying, budget management, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, etc., are highly desirable.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
